Hi everone I went to do a terra cotta job this week and ran into some problems.I stripped the floor 3 times with a black stripping pad and a stripping agent but only removed a small amount of the coating so now the floor looks all scratched up where the wax is missing. They had a coating on the floor called mexi seal water based coating which I think is a POLYURETHANE COATING . My question is what type of stripper would do the job?
