The only product I have success with
removing Poly is methyl chloride. It’s the active ingredient in most poly
strippers. It’s a nasty process. Make sure you wear a respirator.

Mexi Glaze from aldon chem it sounds like if so here
is the link to the site where they reccomend a stripper to use to remove.
me personally I use Bombers from waxie at a 1 to 1 dilution and let it dwell
from 30 or 45 min keep applying so it does not dry then we use a weighted
floor machine with a stratagrit brush.

Hi everone I went to do a terra cotta job this week
and ran into some problems.I stripped the floor 3 times with a black
stripping pad and a stripping agent but only removed a small amount of the
coating so now the floor looks all scratched up where the wax is missing.
They had a coating on the floor called mexi seal water based coating which I
think is a POLYURETHANE COATING . My question is what type of stripper would
do the job? Thanks in advance.
