I have seen a sandstone and a limestone with this name..if it warped chances are its a limestone. I would be careful grinding this floor. If water caused it to warp it may warp again after you grind it. I would suggest you do a test and wait a week and see how it reacts

Partners,

I was asked to provide an estimate to remove lippage from brand new floor (Pietro Bedonia) where moisture from setting mortar caused stone to warp. My Internet search ended with confusion. Some sites specified Pietra Bedonia as limestone, some as sandstone and some just as a stone (da..). Is anybody familiar with that stone? What is it? Any experience grinding it?
