Ok I been thinking about this . I use dry steam machine for cleaning and I wound get 2 or 3 green stripper and test them with dry steam just be careful on to breath the chemicals in the steam.
Use the dry steam only in the grout lines or it will leave clean line in the tile.
There is a very high temp steam pressure cleaner out there 2 gallons per min and 330 degs it will get things clean.
Not sure on the pressure I think its 1200psi.
Hope this helps

I get this a lot and my philosophy is if they really care about the environment, then they can pay me extra green and I'll use what ever they want.

Hi partners,

she asked if i can do it with bioshield products they have a floor soap, a hard oil and a wax finish
anyone have experience with any of these bioshield products??not sure she will go for using glaze and seal
