Carl,

I use and recommend Grout Perfect. This product I fine to be one of if not the best. When we train using this product we  remove it within days after training and the only way we can remove it is to use an masonry acid cleaner mix it twice as strong as recommended allow to dwell for 215 minutes then use a pressure washer with a zero tip and 1200 PSI.  on walls we apply it during training and remove it within 5 minutes after application or it next to impossible to remove.

The grout perfect product has a hardener and a curing agent built into it so removing any excess from the tile is easy.

I have used other grout colorant and find these problems, the grout wipes off the grout line much too easy and then requires re- coloring. The other products I have seen them failing in multiple application within months after application.

I have had this product on residential and commercial properties for over 3 years and looks like the day we applied it .

Sorry for the delay I have been in California with limited emails.
