Polishing quartz surfaces can be difficult. Make sure to use diamonds designed for quartz..I like the alpha EX pads. Use slow speed and plenty of water. The 3000 grit should give you a polish but you have to work it a long time..Whatever you do dont go dry, youll burn the resin. Have a job where they have several black quartz tabletops that have tooling marks and staining (water spots, rings from drinking glasses) on the substrate. Looking for suggestions on how to remove the tooling marks and stains. Then bring back the shine and protect them from restaining.
