I think Fred is right-hard to tell from the pic of one piece- usually when thassos is pure white it has a milky appearance and this looks a little grey and glitzy.
Georgia white will do good with 5X.
The thassos is hard to polish as it is a dolemetic marble and contains magnesium carbonate. It responds well
to MB-12 and can take a beating(doesn't burn to easily). Take up to 1500 grit diamonds.
