I send a Happy Holiday card and I thank them for helping make our business a success and for being a valuable customer. I also mention that we are there to meet their stone restoration and I include 10 percent coupon for select services. Again, I send a holiday card as to remain neutral for those that don't celebrate the holidays! I hope this helps.
