If I send the cord to a lab for testing what is that gonna do for me? I had an engineer, plumber, and AC guy look at the job in there are no leaks. So if the testing tells me its ground water then what's that gonna do for me? I need to be able to justify to the home owner why I'm doing lab testing.

Hey builder that look at the job might think that the house is on a low water line and the moisture is coming from the ground. The water looks like it's condensation coming up and it smells like vinegar. The house is in South Florida. Does anybody have any ideas what this is? If I remove all the tiles and waterproof the slab and install porcelain tile with epoxy grout will that stop the condensation and moisture?
