Tony,
When I remove grease or oil stains from granite I use a mixture of DE powder and Mineral Sprits , mix into a pan cake batter consistency, then apply onto the stain approximate ΒΌ inch thick cover with plastic with holes in it allow the poultice to dry .this process usually removes the stain within 24 hours. A deep stain may need an additional application .
