I looked at the Plexus kit from Braxton Bragg. It looks like what I am
currently doing for granite with CA glue only without the UV light. Does this
also work on marble ? Can color be added to the adhesive ? How about large holes
in need of repair? I didn't see any part of the kit with any coloring options
included.

using the Plexus system the hole will over fill , you fill the hole then
apply plastic like strip over the repair ,then use the UV cure light and
after 3 minutes the fill is cured. Then you can take a single edge razor
blade and hold it up right and shave off the excess from the fill. The
larger kits come with the scraper for removing the excess products. I
normally use a razor blade.

The
poly will shrink for two reasons. 1 the hole is very large and the
filler will shrink. 2. You used too much hardner and the fill
cured too quickly. Usually it is the size of the hole that causes the
shrink.
What
you can do is put several layers of tape around the hole and this will
allow you to slightly over fill the hole and allow for shrinkage.

How do you keep the poly from shrinking in the hole
?
I have a granite center island in need of poultice to
remove grease stains. I do not have DBX but I do have Ax It. Any
thoughts on this product vs. just using powder and 40% peroxide
??
I don't know if this would help but I just cleaned a
bunch of black BBQ grease off ubatuba w/DBX (from K&E chemical)
stripper and had the best results Ive ever had on grease.
