keep in mind that if it is hot oil no sealer will work. This especially true if its near a fryer.  MC is Methylene Chloride

I have a potential client with a Granite Countertop that stains easily.  In June 2012 her contractor applied 2-3 coats of 511 sealer, by August the client was complaining of water and food stains.  The contractor then cleaned it, wiped it down with acetone and applied 4 coats of Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice Gold.  In November 2012 she had the same problems.  Someone mentioned Meta Crème from Dry Treat but I'm not so sure it is a problem with the sealer, maybe the Granite is very porous.  I haven't seen it in person yet.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.Inline image 1
