This trav is so soft over the years on the floor traffic has eroded the weaker minerals in the surface looks like it has been attacked with a ball peen hammer or two.

Stu, last year I had something similar with a limestone. I flooded stone with regular grout sealer from stone tech and next day I followed up with solvent sealer from scc. It worked very well. Grout sealer has larger molecules than stone sealer and provided for very good base for solvent sealer.
