Are you sure the black is marble and not granite?? If it is not polishing with 5X my first bet is the black is granite. If this the case then you will need to hone to 3000 grit  granite diamond is the white Thassos white? Id so DO NOT USE CRYSTALIZER ON THIS WHITE STONE…

Polish to 3000 then 5x. The only crystallized would be the blue VMC which has extra wax in it to keep the acid in suspension. Seal before polishing.
