Performing tests today. Stains both on floor and walls. Several issues on this job. This is the worst. We'll see. Agree, however with all these tile setters making mistakes. ...keeps us busy.
I would contact Laticrete and see what they suggest for this. They may have something. Perhaps the installer should have applied grout release or sealed the tiles prior to grouting?Partners,
Sorry. Trying again. Please review photo. The grout that was used is laticrete perma color, Raven. Any ideas on how to get this out? Thanks.
