You could pore ph neutral cleaner straight on top of spots, let it sit for about 5 minutes (don't let it dry), then with a new 4" scraper blade, carefully scrape it off.  Becareful not to scrach.  Wipe leftover spot with a rag that is soked in straight ph neutral cleaner. Then final wipe area with water and sponge .
