Lotion?
That looks like a rust stain from the pic.
Could be.tough to remove.
Try a phosphoric acid solution.

 i have been really impressed by that oil and grease remover from Prosoco..it pulled the turkey grease out of f a brushed granite counter really well and it was heavily stained..pretty cheap in price too, $13 a quart
