Another note I should have mentioned.... (And this helps you with web performance so much!)

Ask your customers to give feedback on your Google Plus page (really powerful for you) and Yelp.

This way when customers ask for references, let them know that many of your customers have provided feedback for the world to see.

Mike -I forgot about that, we use smug mug. You can load pics or video. Leave open to public or put a code to open. Most of the time we use it for residents, we're doing while they are out of town. (We call snow bird in Florida). They can log on and see the befores and afters. Usually do a couple short videos also. We send them a link with a private code. They really like it. We also use it for reference work.
