How about some miles for a upgrade to business class next Dec when I go back to Israel?  That would be nice !

Sure it could be done and yes you will need the right diamonds.
I thought alpha ex are for hand machines?
The grinding process will take a lot of water.
Its possible the product will pit and chip. The variations of engineered stone can be huge.
These folks bought this stuff because it is maintenance free.They may never be happy with the results.
You have to price it like granite-let them rip it out.
Unless someone walked on the floor after they set it how could it move-? 
Seems like the risk of working this floor outweigh the profit.
