Looks like it has a honed finish-I have had some good results mixing unsanded grout with polyester resins.
Using lighter grout color may help get you closer to a decent color match. You will have to be creative and set the pieces first prior to filling in the gaps with the polyester/grout mix. Once you are satisfied with the fill let it set a coule of days and then grind it flat-use sandpaper to get it started. Take your time -dont dip it. You can even sand the edge by following the shape.(It can be done by hand)
Then you can even use a marker to replicate some of the darker thin lines or stripes.

I would also use an epoxy..it will have a much stronger bond than the poly

One comment- if you go the crushed stone route, make sure you use a no -colored epoxy like the touchstone. The yellow polyester stuff turns a nice white or gray marble dust into a queasy yellowish brown. You can also buy little jars of marble dust from granite city tools and mix them.

You can find a similar piece of stone and crush it, mix it in a knife grade epoxy to help it blend in better.

I am looking at a repair for the ritz Carlton hotel(pic below) I was gonna use an akemi product, any suggestions? I was wondering if it would fill and hold the voids enough with it being so large
