Although she is extremely picky and not the kind of client you desire, I have found that when you can satisfy someone like her, the referrals you get from them are usually great. In fact new clients will tell us that if you can satisfy Mrs. X. then you must be great. good luck!

She calls me and tells me she found some other areas that did not past the flash light test. How would you handle this in a polite fashion? That work is acceptable from a visual inspection not with a flash light?
