I would tell her you need her to be at the home to do a final inspection (flashlight test) the next trip out. Also, have her sign off on the job.

Although she is extremely picky and not the kind of client you desire, I have found that when you can satisfy someone like her, the referrals you get from them are usually great. In fact new clients will tell us that if you can satisfy Mrs. X. then you must be great. good luck!
