My guys restored a shower, it came out great. However the
homeowner looked over the restored stone with a flash light, she found some
places of concern. They fixed them. Sent her a bill. She calls me and tells me
she found some other areas that did not past the flash light test. How would
you handle this in a polite fashion? That work is acceptable from a visual
inspection not with a flash light?
