you are probably going to need to use a stripper that will attack the polyurethane. There are stripper  that will attack these finishes.  Being brick it is probably a rough surface and a paint stripper may be your best bet.  Recommend Jasco paint stripper to remove.

Good morning Partners 

We have been contacted to remove a polyurethane coating from about 25 hundred square feet of brick flooring.

Attached are some pictures to give you an idea of the condition.

Any suggestions on effective methods of removal and pricing?
