First of all inform customer about potential damage to the baseboards and adjacent wood work. Have them sign the waiver.Second, test with few different strippers and measure time that takes to strip the area.Third, tell customer that grout lines will be blotchy and color sealer will be required.Fourth, charge a lot because that is not going to be quick and easy job.Good luck because you will need that.
