I am bidding on approx. 3000sf of terrazzo, an old pub in the city. It has a very thick coating, yellowed. Forgot to take a photo. I assume it is cement based matrix because it is so old. I was thinking of scraping off the sealer, dry. See attached tool. I used this once before on terrazzo, with my rotary machine, 3 of them on a weighted disk, probably only 105 lbs total (it is a light machine). It scraped off the sealer nicely but did leave some gouges I had to sand off with a 50 turbo cat. Scraped off just enough so the turbo cats could take it from there, probably about 50%. I found that if you try to scrape it ALL off then the scratches (which are really stun marks) would be excessive. On this new job I would be using my Klindex Hercules, 160kg., with 9 tools, and I can go at a much higher speed. Thoughts?  Also need an idea for attachment to a hand tool for the edges. Thanks guys and gals.
