Hi. We have been asked to bid on Monthly marble maintenance of a Building lobby. Basically, the lobby has been maintained by monthly crystallization of the surface.  The management really doesn&#39;t understand the difference between crystallization and polishing, but they wanted to look exactly as it does now (crystallized).  There are some small areas that also need honing, but overall condition looks pretty good. We do not do a lot of regular monthly maintenance like this, So I am looking for basically the rate of production to maintain the floor with crystallization fluid (10 sf areas) and was also wondering if companies that do maintenance on a regular basis cut their margin below what is typical for restoration.  I would welcome any suggestions.  Thanks, Baird<br>
