Yes I did a sample and it cleaned some then I thought maybe the guy put some acrylic or something on it so I sampled a little stripper with no effect. I also used her hair dryer. very curious.
Thanks

Did you test the grout and see if it’s clean?

Customer called me years ago and said coit carpet cleaning was outer and cleaned the grout.

Grout looked dark and dirty, I did a test clean with her amway soap and the grout came clean.

Used her hair dryer to make her grout dry faster.

We color sealed and she was very happy

If the color is gray or greenish he may bleached the color out and its cement kind of looking now.

Hey All, Looked at a porcelain tile floor, customer said she had it cleaned and when the guy finished the grout was dark and he said it would dry the proper color (lighter) it didn't and when I tested it I couldn't  get any results. I noticed a hard color change in the closet where his cleaner stained it and where it was light and clean. What could cause the color to go dark? Strong Acid?
Thanks
Stephen
