i do enough polished concrete to be dangerous, in fact i start one Thursday. s on small jobs like that, you may be $15 a ft, with stain more. I have given up looking at the sf, I go by how many days its going to take. Way too many people claiming to be concrete experts out there, and the price just keeps dropping, bid it to make money

Many variables to consider.   Edge work,  heavy aggregate exposure,  is the area cut up our wide open.  What is the Sq ft area.   I would base it on under / over 1500 sq ft.   Never be afraid to be the highest number.

Partners,
I have been asked to polish 450 sq ft of concrete in a customer basement. The concrete has been down since October of 2012. I am looking for advise from those of you who have expertise in this area. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
