It is a grout. Comes in 9 or 18lbs buckets already premixed and in different colors. You install like regular grout but this one stays flexible and it is good solution for customer where grout cracks due to floor flexing, movement etc. clean up is a lot easier then on epoxy type grout. It is stain proof and there is no need for sealing after the installation. 
We use that quite often and customers like it. It's good way to make extra $ on regular regrouts.

Instead urethane caulk use urethane grout made by Bostic. It's flexible and will not crack. You will have to remove at least 1/8"   Of the old grout before you install the new. Deeper if you use cement type grout.
