I have an interest in this thread and a the same symptoms.  I was at a clients yesterday and they have a similar complaint, only this is a island slab in a dark kitchen with no direct sunlight.  They are complaining the slab has yellowed/oranged on the top but the edge details remain original color.  It looks like enhancer was used but they claim not (no way I was testing with acetone until I had a possible solution-real picky people).  They clean with soap and water only.  The top has what looks like allot of iron accents.  Other areas of the home lead me to believe the water has a high iron content.  Thoughts?  Thanks, Paul

The profiled edges have no yellowing. Moisture? That does not exist in the 118 degree temps.

Bella,
White granite will yellow based on the iron content -also consider what's above the granite.
It is more than likely related to moisture.

A flooring store that I do work for has called me on a exterior granite job. Customer complained that the exterior granite is yellowing. After further inspection I am almost certain that it's a epoxy treated slab, witch would explain the yellowing. The dead giveaway is that only the top is discolored and not the edge/profile.

So far I have sampled a top polish and a hone at 320 with no change. Wondering if anybody has dealt with this before and if so, how deep did u have to cut. Waiting for a tenex response from a local vendor.

Thx

Ace
