I have done some testing with the pucks.
600 sq ft lime stone
1st grind 70 metal and 100 copper 4” metal pads after that.
Very bad lippage 3/16 in lots of spots.
I used a stone pro floor buffer. With a http://www.hawkenterprises.com/pdf/Accessories.pdf Orbitec Diamond
Driver . used 3 pucks.5 “ the pucks wore uneven. See photos.
The pucks #1 were used to remove the 70 and 100 marks from the metal pads and used to remove some low spots in the corner tiles.
Some of the foam pads un glued see photos. They look like they need more glue?
The 2nd set of number 1 pucks were used under a 24inch cimex . with other pads and did not were uneven , but the cimex was not used as much, may be half of the job.
The floor was pressure cleaned before the job and between grits.
The pucks # 2 set was used to set the finish and a set of 800 grit diamonds 5” from sccpro Turbo 5" Polishing Pad 800 Grit.
The #2 puck and a 800 are the same finsh to eye ball.
After the # 2 puck,we polish with a 800 twister pad from HTC.
The shine look good.
What a pain in the ass sealer haze afterwords had to buff with a pig pad and water till dry to remove the haze.
We have used this sealer in the past but they must have changed the mix. I am lookin for a new sealer with no haze after used.

I'm not promoting or trying to sell but needed to comment.
The Cheetah Pucks have several Unique design features one of which is that the Abrasive segments crack separate and float on the rubber cushion the idea being that the segments never lose contact with the floor is meant to make dealing with picture framing much less of an issue because of this if you remove the pucks from your drive plates or rubber cushion with a screwdriver or by hand you can damage them.
It is always best to use a trowel or putty knife or spatula some long wide flat Ridgid tool to separate the cheetah puck from the Velcro rubber spacer this will greatly extend the life of your pots and still allow them to float as intended.
This feature is not a flaw is intentionally built into the cheetah system based on the feedback of the hundreds of people around the world that are using them that is what they have asked for that is what we have delivered hope this is helpful information thank you all.

I saw the advertising for high gloss also. We are very happy with our system for that.
But our main reason was for the honed and satin finishes. I must say we have only used them on about 5 jobs so far they are perfect for these finishes from our experience and most jobs we do, prefer a satin type finish. I think there are three degrees of satin finish.. low, medium and high satin.
In my opinion they are well worth the money to create these finishes. I had a small problem with a couple pucks snapping apart while removing them from the velcro but, I called the office and they sent me new ones right away at no charge.
So for what it's worth, they do great for what I need... I've not tried any high gloss finishes with these, but like I said we purchased for another purpose.
