I agree with all of the above-color sealing can be very profitable and customers love it.
We haven't had any negative experiences using any of the main products out there.
The only issue I can think of is working on quarry tile or slate with poor installations.
Sometimes there are areas where the tile and grout lines are flush and it will make application in those areas tedious.
We don't color seal installations with chiseled edges.
