If you want leathered rather than brushed you will have to use acid for step 1. This will attack the vines more and give you that look. It depends on the stone. It is easy to control the acid also if you do it right. For brushes you can try Granito in India. You will pay 1/4 the price and their Frankfurt segments are reversible and will last much longer. They have diamond and tynex filaments.
