If the sealer is turning white it sounds like a reaction with the polymer and moisture. This is quite common with many sealers. You are going to be hard pressed to get them to tell you that something is wrong with their product.  I would ask the following questions
 
1. Does your sealer contain any polymers or resins that are moisture sensitive during applications
 
2. What is the Vapor emission rate with your sealer

Seems to me that it might not.  Dr, what are the correct terms I need to use to ask Stone Tech Dupont to find out about its breathability.  Unfortunately I am in a legal battle now with them and I need to word everything perfectly.
