Roger, the pricing depends upon where you are located at I see the pricing as low as $1.40 sq for clean and color seal up to $3.50 sq. I think in you market you could probably get in the $1.85 to $ 2.50 range.

If I may ask , what is the going rate to color seal a floor ? 1100 sq.ft. In color sealing the floor, some missing grout will need to be replaced.
