If the for was ground flat and the installer allowed the white setting
material to come up into the grout lines and when the floor was flatten the
setting materials came through. The other would be the grout is dark due to
it being wet. The other would be the grout is whiter due to slurry being
left on the grout line and turning it whiter.

Hey gang, just went to this prospects home and he has a problem with his
grout. The owner installed the tile and grouted it as well.  He had another
company come and flatten the floor and I think they did a great job. The
only thin is the grout lines.  Some lines have darkened have u guys
encountered this and what can be done about it
