For that kind of square footage.around $6 to $8 is a fair price for everyone. You have the square footage on your side. Do not lose that job over a couple of grand.
Good Luck Tony

Hi Guys, I'm putting together a bid to restore a Travertine floor for a hotel. The floor has minor lippage that needs to be addressed and has been crystallized.
I figured 8.00 sqft to go from 100 metals 50,100,200 fill floor & remove excess,400 resin diamonds then 2.00 for powder polish and seal. This is the way that they want it done. I'm comfortable doing the job, I usually do residential and not much commercial so the pricing is a little tougher. The lobby is wide open and not very much foot traffic as they will deter people around It's about 2500 sqft. Any imput?      Thanks Phil
