I'd go with Baird's plan of attack. It is hard to beat the monkey pads these days. I rarely use honing compounds anymore, too messy and can stain the grout.

We just finished a floor that is almost identical. A medium glossy satin finished limestone. We just used a 1500 grit monkey type pad over a natural stone cleaner and then hand cleaned the grout where necessary with brushes. Came out looking great.
