When crystalizing I only use a #1 steel wool pad , a #0 pad can generate too much heat and you can actually burn the floor ( loos shine and clarity )
When crystalizing use only a very fine mist of polish. Polish the entire floor ,after the floor is polished flip your pad over and dry buff the floor. if you have areas where the crystallizer did not polish in totally you will feel the machine slightly grab onto the floor. spend two or 3 passes on that area. In most cases this will remove the swirl marks.
The key is do not use too much crystallizer. You only need a very fine mist. Too much crystallizer builds up on the surface and give the floor that plastic look and block to stone from breathing.
Also don’t forget to clean up the steel wool fragments using a magnetic broom, this picks up all the steel wool fibers from the stone and the grout lines.

Mb20 is for granite-You have started with crystallizer so don't be afraid to finish it.
You wont make it any worse-it just needs to be hit again.
Take your time and work the floor from farthest point right to out the door.
Hit every swirl lightly and they will all come out.
Once you get this done you will have lost your cherry and crystallizing will be easy breezy.
Randy has a good point too-hitting it with a dry clean steel wool pad may take some out.
A little spritz of the stuff should nail the swirls.
We have also used a light dilution of 5x to take them out as well-but that's a mess.

this can happen when you aren't use to crystalizing.
It isn't a big deal-just send a good tech back with more crystallizer and steel wool .
They will need to buff out the swirls using a mist of crystallizer.
if you have #1 steel wool that may help.

My techs did a commercial job with black marble. The final strep way to crystalize the floor. I just got a call back with issues of swirl marks. They use 0 steel wool. We very rarely crystalize , thus have very little experience in that area.
What did we do wrong and needs to de done to correct the problem?
