Ron,

You going to need to remove the sealer that was applied. This is what is causing the different colors. The limestone is more porous on some areas and the sealer is darkening the limestone. . be careful removing the sealer that you don’t get water stains in the limestone.. when removing or cleaning the sealer out ,start from the bottom up. If you work you way from the top down you will have a high risk of streaks in the stone. check with Aqua Mix to see what chemical you need to remove their sealer.

Before committing to the job, TEST, TEST and TEST again.

Subject: Limestone

Partners,

My client has an owner who has extremely high standards. They have installed these very expensive wall panels and the owner wants them 100% consistent. He doesn't want any variation from panel to panel. The limestone has been sealed with Aqua Mix Pro, and now we can see very distinct differences in shades. I've explained natural stone to him.........He wants us to deliver one shade. Throughout. It can be darker.  Suggestions?  Pictures Attached.

Ron
