I don’t think this granite is burnt. I think what you are seeing is where the liquid metals penetrated into the pores of the stone. what type of metal was heated to liquid. Find a way to break down the metal and the spot will probably go away, you may want to try to hone it out but I don’t think that will work.

My previous tenant heated up metal and that liquid metal spilled and settle into the granite. It left a stain/burn mark. The house is located in temecula. Thank you!

He sent me a pic any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
