The sample piece was scratched and scuffed.
We didn't even think to take a picture before we started.
The diamonds are from Italy made specifically for engineered stone.
We ran a ceramic type aggressive diamond to remove all the abrasion.
Then from 60g up thru the grits and including 600g to 1800g-then polish with MB-20.
Here's another sample of a floor we will be doing soon.
Uba Tuba-600 SF from honed to antiqued finish.
We did this sample with a hand grinder and 5 inch diamond brushes.
24g 36,46,80,180,220 and color enhanced.
There are many opportunities out there for stone refinishers!

Stu,
Curious, what type of damage was on the stone and how many step did you have to make before polishing and what diamonds did you use?

We did a sample of a  engineered floor tile for a client.
We weren't sure what the result would be as this tile was a mess.
We will be refinishing a floor of engineered stone.
We are using 3 inch diamonds made specifically for engineered stone.
This piece was finished with MB-20.
