We start at $1.50 per sf and go up from there. . It depends upon what was on the floor before as to the time involved to strip. Then we apply 3 coats of 25% buffable floor finish and 1 coat of acrylic floor finish.
we really don't do this type of work but I have about 4000 sq ft of heavily soiled and coated VCT to strip and recoat in basement hallways of a building we maintain the marble in.
Can anybody that does this type of work give me a round about price for this kind of work
