I suggest doing a test with a good cleaner like Deep Cleaner Degreaser and a med grit nylo-grit brush, say a 150 grit or so.
See if this removes or reduces the swirls.
Do a test to confirm results and procedure.

 Afternoon partners-

Need some assistance. Had a bluestone/slate floor that was heavily spiked in a residential home. Included 4 photos after we finished. The last two was prior to us working on the floor.

Scrubbed floors with blue brush and Betco ax it plus stripper. Did not get this apprearance in all of the floors except this. Used majestic color enhancing sealer to the floors when done. Crew applied sealer to heavy and had to go back to remove some of the tackiness on the floor. We tried neutral cleaner with white paid and still tacky. Then went with a mild stripper solution and helped.

Customer is not happy with these swirl marks not sure it was anything we did as the floor was really really dirty prior to us. Could have been soemthing done previously. Any suggestions here to try and remove swirl
Marks. Not sure if there was a coating on the floor previous but didn’t seem to have one. We did discover there was a epoxy coating on leathered granite though which does raise some concern.
