Place the shower OOC for a day or so. Get some Heavy Duty Soap Film Remover but first make sure there is no heavy buildup or soap and conditioner by using a razor blade to remove any excess. Use the HDSFR after removing excess buildup.
Once all films have been satisfactorily removed, allow the floor to thoroughly dry and evaluate.
If it is still dark or looks damp after a day or so, there may be a moisture problem like clogged weep holes. Test with a moisture meter if necessary to confirm.

I agree with Fred just adding it could be soap film as well-check the walls for build up and check if they use bar soap-

hard to tell from the pic but it could block weep holes. You will need to pull the drain cover and check the weep holes.. that would be the  first thing I would do

I haven’t done a lot of showers yet but I have a client that sent pictures saying the floor around the drain is stained just checking would this be moisture from the drain pan coming up or just normal what would be the best way to to test
