I am stripping off a urethane with faststrip from prosoco..Soy strip might work too. Cathedral has some good products too

This sounds like a coating not a sealer. If you are using Methylene Chloride
then this is probably in the epoxy or urethane based coatings.
You can try to use Beanie Doo a soy based stripper it may work better.

Nope this thing is brutal had to use methaline chloride and a brush  had to
do in small areas because if it dries up a little it will get re stuck to
floor
