All of the stripper below will probably work, be careful well vented areas and a respirator will probably be needed. Think safety for you and your techs. Be sure to protect surrounding areas as these products will attack paint and finishes on baseboards etc.

anything with meth chloryide would be my very last choice. the best one is prosoco fast acting stripper...get a really good respirator though

I am stripping off a urethane with faststrip from prosoco..Soy strip might work too. Cathedral has some good products too

This sounds like a coating not a sealer. If you are using Methylene Chloride
then this is probably in the epoxy or urethane based coatings.
You can try to use Beanie Doo a soy based stripper it may work better.

Nope this thing is brutal had to use methaline chloride and a brush  had to
do in small areas because if it dries up a little it will get re stuck to
floor
