I pay my guys a daily rate for 10 hours of work which includes drive time to and from the job my vehicles and gas. I also pay them to bring their lunch and eat onsite because when they leave the job site productivity suffers or I have 1 guy go and grab lunch. As far as OT I pay time and a half for hours over 40 per week! Hope this helps!
