How you pay your techs will depend upon the labor laws in your state. We pay our guys from the time they come into the shop until they arrive back at the shop. We pay them through their lunch allowing 30 minutes for a lunch break and 2 ten minute breaks one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

We are required to pay our tech the same rate of pay regardless if they are working on a job or driving to a job.

We pay overtime for anything over 40 hours per week.
